I was leaving Belmont Bay when I saw a formation of 5-6 reddish lights in a loose formation. They were low enough to be helicopters but made no sound at all.

They were directly over the Occoquan Rver between the city of Occoquan and Belmont Bay. Not saying it was alien.

Called it in to Prince William County PD at 9:17 pm.
