Round Object with green, red, yellow, blue & white lights moving east to west for over an hour.

Watched object moving slowly in a straight direction from East to West. Object had green, blue, red, yellow and white lights that seemed to be turning on and off or pulsating. At first sighting it appeared to be standing still then later was moving East to West.
