bright blue light moving west to east at high speed, stopped instantly hovered and zigzaged then moves further east toward st. louis suddenly stopped again hovered zigzaged for about 10 seconds. moved toward space very fast. I watched it till the light became smaller and dimmer untill it disappeared. ((NUFORC Note: The time of the sighting was not indicated by the source of the report.
