Strange lights above decatur ill. I stepped out to smoke at 4:10 a.m. and a couple minutes later i see 2 objects in the sky flying low and were going really slow it was really not normal. But both of the objects were all white at the bottom and glowing. There is no way it could of been a aircraft didn't hear any sound from it once so ever.
