On December 21st, 2008, in Neuss, Germany a helicopter appeared and began transmitting plasma orbs. It was not a normal helicopter although at first glanze one might think so. I have had various visits, sometimes in the middle of the night, by noisy helicopters and silent orbs, all transmitting orbs. I would like to know if anyone has any idea why and by whom these image-orbs are being transmitted? Thank you.
