On the evening of July 4th , 2012, at around 9:15 p.m. 7 Rod or Cylinder shaped objects appear to 3 witnesses ! On that particular evening it was dark with an almost full moon . Suddenly , out of the south came 2 Rod - shaped objects , each with 2 orange lights , flickering , at the top and the bottom , flickering as though it was a fire , flying with no sound in a vertical position . The distance from the 3 witnesses was about 1,000 feet up and they appeared to be 100 feet high .

The speed was estimated at 100 miles an hour and when 1 set of Rods flew by , it made a sharp turn to the north and disappeared , then another set came , following in the same direction and speed . This happened 2 more times until a single object, as described, flew in an shaky motion, but in the same pattern as the previous six had .

As the objects turned north , they quickly disappeared .
