Triangle of 3 lights - 2 minutes visable

We were driving on 75th st from Arapahoe heading North to our house in Heatherwood neighborhood. Noticed 3 bright lights in the shape of a triangle that stood still in the sky. One of the lights then grew much brighter than the other two. The top light then shifted upwards diagonally towards the southeast and took off. The other two followed suit.

Lasted apporx. 2mins What followed seemed to be a TON of planes that were almost searching for the thing. We must have watched 8 different things fly over our house back and forth and they sounded like planes.
