Red light moves at excessive speed, stays absolutely still and changes direction abruptly I was in my front yard when I saw what I thought was a skyrocket. It was bright red, like police lights but not flashing. I watched it going up waiting for it to explode. It stopped dead still for about 5 seconds then took off at a very high rate of speed and stopped abruptly for a split second, then changed direction and flew slowly out of sight.
