It was big and had lights on the bottom. (* This was done on behalf of my neice*)

IT WAS VERY SHORT WHEN I SAW IT. IT WAS IN BELLINGHAM THE STATE WASHINGTON. THE COUNTRY WAS USA. ONLY ONE PERSON SAW IT THE SHAPE OF IT IS CIRCLE AND THERE WERE Green, blue, red and white lights.

It hovered and made a loud noise, kind of how it sounds when you start a car
