Orange triangular pattern aircraft?

While in the parking lot at home depot in Natick, mass, we heard a fighter jet-like sound right above home depot.

The object had orange lights in a triangle pattern. It was very loud, slow moving and also was flying very low in altitude, less than 1/4 mile
