Little blue green white and red flashing light, hovering of South East Rapid

Seen a flashing light of colors blue, green, white and a little bit of red in the direction of South East Rapid. Stayed in the same spot for a long time then seems to move back and forth. This is the second time we seen this. We seen it last Saturday in the same exact spot.
