I was sitting in my family room watching the tv. We have high ceilings in the family room with windows and can see the sky. All of a sudden I saw green and red lights flashing in the sky. First I thought it must be an airplane but the object was not moving. Then after a few seconds it circled around and then stopped again, I went outside to take a look and the behavior was same. Flashing red and green lights and then circled around and then stopped. It wasn't moving. I took pictures but in video. Then I went inside for a min and came out to see if it is still there but it disappeared. I couldn't sight it.
