Fast moving green light near Albany, Ohio.
Seen while coming into Albany from State route 681.
Was moving way too fast for a helicopter (LifeFlight is seen many times taking people to Columbus Hospital) and a plane.
Only seen for a few seconds then gone.
Moving at what looked like a 30 degree angle toward the ground, similar if a plane was going down.
