Characteristics: Lights on object

Hovering disk and flashing lights. Very clear.

Disk shaped, three solid lights on one side, flashing lights were rotating on ends.

Hovering much closer than any airplane would fly with very slow movement in any direction.

Drove away and turned around, in that split second it was completely gone.
