Shape shifting orb like object

Witnessed what looked like a star shooting UP around big dipper. The Unknown Object, then flew from west to east, It flew directly over my head! Moments later, there were continuous Bright flashes that lit the night sky over British Columbia the same way Lightning would. This video was shot in Blaine WA at around 9:30 10 pm PST.
