Fast orange light pulsating and then disappearing in Tacoma. Scatterings of clouds on relatively warm night. Facing the water in Waterfront in Tacoma. Facing west. Looking up in sky and see an orange light. Tell 1 other person, and note that the light doesn't seem like a airplane. The other 2 people are told by the person I told first. Watched it go fairly quickly as diagonally across sky towards a thin cloud. The light stops in middle of the very thin cloud and pulsates twice before disappearing.
