A good friend of mine took this photo in Tokyo a few days ago.

Take a close look at the top right of the photo, No cloud can do this! If you look closely, you can see more of it above the main ring!

Quote from the person that took the photo: "On July 8th 2014, a large typhoon was coming near the greater Tokyo area. I looked at the sky through the window of hotel room where I was staying. It was very beautiful. I wondered if the typhoon would really come while I was taking these photos.

By the way, at the upper right side of the photos, there is a strange cloud, which looks like a UFO".
