Solid white light.

I woke up around 5:30am, looked out my window. In the ESE, I saw a very bright white light with flashes of green and red. I thought it was a jet until it started moving in very erratic movements (circles, very jerking motion).

I got my binoculars, it looked like a circle with four lights (like a flashlight beam) coming out the top and sides.

I watched until it went behind some trees, about half an hour.
