Xenon blue light seen falling at 15 degree angle northwest of Vancouver, Wa.

Uniform neon blue ellipsoid fell abruptly out of sky to the northwest before disappearing behind trees. Color most closely resembles xenon headlights. The object fell at a uniformly high speed without streaking or flashing. No sounds were heard.
