Characteristics: Lights on object

Triangular-shape object with 2 bright front lights and several multi-colored dim lights hovered above houses, then slowly moved on.

Noticed 2 bright lights hovering in the sky. As I got closer and on the side of it I noticed blue and red lights that were dimmer. It hovered stationary for about 20 secs then very slowly started to move North West.

You could hear a humming sound coming from it which I recorded.
