Fading lights and unusually moving lights. I walked outside to smoke and looked to my right at the stars and saw lights turning off and then one comeing on and fadeing away and then another one comeing on in a circular or ovalish shape, ive seen this in the same place before just a few months ago but it lasted much longer that time and there was more lights around going to and from the object with the lights that were going on and off but in the very same place where i just saw it whitch is south west of socastee south carolina. ((NUFORC Note: We suspect that the sighting occurred at 2300 hrs., and have changed the time in the report above, to reflect that fact. PD))
