295 Northbound above Nursery Rd.. A cluster formation was straight ahead. The object is not moving. I'm now watching it from a parking lot in Landsdowne on Washington Blvd. The only movement seems to be be slow rotation, 1 revolution in 10 min or so. No up or down nor left to right.
