Orange glowing ball flight low over converse park near Judson High School.

Circular object, resembling a Chinese lantern, moving southwesterly in controlled flight despite cross winds.

Orange center glowing about 100 feet in the air no sound, should have hit houses but avoided them.

Very calming experience, until it was gone.
