My husband was driving highway 80 from SLC to Rocky ((sic. Rock)) Springs. As he came into Wyoming he drove for a bit then snapped a picture of the landscape to show me. As he was taking a pic out the window, he noticed a light. He looked outside but there wasn't anything there anymore. He looked at his phone and saw the light in the picture. It was def a light from outside. He was driving along the freeway with no people or building around. He was pretty spooked, because he can't explain what it was.
