Hovering Craft seen for nearly one year close to Baltimore, MD.

Sighted from the third floor of a school building on the sighting date, then noticed again unmoving in the sky approximately 6 months later. 3 months after this second sighting, the craft was still in the same exact location and has not yet moved to the current date (05/15/15). It is dark gray or black and rectangular or cigar-shaped, and doesn't move from its position in the sky. It hovers lower than a plane, and is close to the air path of planes destined for BWI Thurgood Marshal Airport.
