Low on the Eastern Sky in Portland, Oregon, I saw 3 motionless hovering crafts, and they were taking on a triangle formation. They were very low in the sky and were maybe about a hundred yards above the earth. They were pulsating orange and gold and emited a very odd vibration that I could feel in my bones. All of a sudden a speeding helicopter flew above my head in their direction. That is when my housemate came out and became witness too. As the helicopter circled the craft you could clearly see how much larger and brighter they were in comparison the to copter. We watched for about 23 minutes, and then the craft slowly began to move behind a treeline, until we could see them no more.
