We were on the beach north of West Meadow Beach and we saw five incidences of an orange light being launched into the sky over Smithtown Bay, looking at first like a drone or a balloon.

It headed north, then turned west and went towards the otherside of the bay towards Northport.

The objects were launched about 10 minutes apart. We guessed at what it night be-Chinese lanterns, drones,?? but the flight of them seemed to be somewhat controlled.

The light was orange, almost looking like fire.
