One bright light in slow downward trayectory, Dimmed away to orange ball; then, orange ring; then, off.

I saw it from DFW airport, SSE. 21:10 hrs. It was glowing like when you see Jupiter or Saturn, but bigger. Steady, no flashing. It started to descend slowly and vertically. Then it moved diagonally downward and eastward until it stopped at some point. Then, the bright light started to dim away until it became a dim orange ball. Then it turned to an orange ring and then it stopped glowing.
