In Baltimore City, around 10:00 PM, I think. Saw a streak of light, roundish, move fast from one above the building across the street which was about 20 feet high, and downward in a diagonal. Happened quickly. Impression was round and glowing. Happened just East of North Charles at around the 900 block. Halloween lights? Weird weather?
