2 objects East of Spokane pulsed for over an hour

10-31-2015 4 am to 5 am East of Spokane, there appeared quantity (2) two objects. The two objects glow, then would pulse and expand to 4 objects each. and return to two objects ,(not a airplane strobe)

Objects appear to be much larger than a star. The two objects did not move, the spread when pulsing was much greater than dirty atmosphere reflection would explain. the two objects pulsed every 4 seconds I watched for about an hour
