10-15 yellow orange lights south of Bellingham
Observed from Canada by an airport control tower.
10-15 yellow orange lights slowly moving across the sky in trail and very loose formation.
Came into sight low over horizon distant south east of Bellingham and disappeared approximately over Whidbey Island at what seemed to be a high altitude.
Did not climb or descend, but just tracked across the southern sky from east to west until they disappeared, one or two at a time.
