Red ball-Like aircraft spotted from private aircraft. I was flying in my airplane from California and just as we started our decline I looked out the window. Maybe 50 yards from the wing of the plane was a red ball like orb flying. It was traveling extremely fast then down shifted and zig zagged before it sped off extremely fast past the tail of the plane. The ball looked maybe the size of a beach ball. We were definitely too high in the air for it to be a balloon or drone, not to mention the very strange way it was flying, as if it was observing the airplane I was in.
