ZIG ZAGGING SATELLITE EVENTUALLY MAKING A TURN OVER CLOUD COVER

Does a white moving dot, South to North-ish, what resembled a satellite , zig zag then make a sharp turn ? or do they go in a straight orbit ? Just wondering.. Malfunctioning satellite, or testing of space tech?
