Light orb shoots across the sky into a portal.

There was this low flying comet looking thing traveling West to East over St.Rd. 7 that disappeared into a portal of some sort.

The tail of it was cut off and light fell to the ground like fireworks disappearing.

There were helicopters present that flew off when the thing disappeared.
