I saw flashes of light above me that would appear for any tiny fraction of a second, then be gone, only to reappear again either in the same spot or very near the same spot.

I kept watching because it seems to me to be unexplainable.

Going to look again this evening.

I did well in astronomy at University so I know the difference between an airplane and a meteorite.
