Quick flash reflecting in parking lot, no sound or lightning.

Saw a quick flash reflect in my apartment complex parking lot while taking trash to the dumpster. No sound, no lightning. Noticed it being exceptionally bright out lately, especially for it having been a new Moon.

Co-worker in Oklahoma City saw similar flash.
