Dark green object shoots straight up from mountain. Distance 3 kilometers. Object hovered close to mountain top for a few minutes moving very slowly it started a circle motion then shot strait up very fast. It was dark green in colour and seemed to have a dark green exhaust coming out of the back. My German shephard was barking at it like crazy but the weirdest thing is I could not hear an engine.
