GREEN SPEEDING LIGHT THAT STOPS AND THEN SPEEDS OFF AND DISAPPEARS

WAS WALKING OUTSIDE HOMEDEPOT LOOKED UP SEE WHAT LOOKED LIKE A GREEN FALLING STAR, BUT IT STOPPED FOR A BRIEF SECOND THEN IT SPED AWAY AND DISAPPEARED.
