Red lights over the Eastern Tucson sky. As I was walking East through the parking lot, I happened to glance up amd noticed an odd formation of red lights. I assumed it was an airplane, however, it did not move. After approximately 10 seconds, the lights blinked a number of times and then continued to remain on. This back and forth blinking continued for about 90 seconds, after which the lights disappeared completely.
