What caught my attention first was it looked like a twinkling star but colorful. It had mostly a red light and sometimes a green light going around in a almost elliptical pattern. When growing through a pair of binoculars the lights were much like the brightness of led lights. To the bottom left to right were flashing white lights brighter than an aircraft and would disappear, shortly after appearing
