Standing on my balcony, I saw a green light, it was hovering for about 2 seconds. I was staring at it thinking how odd it’s such an unusual hour to be up. I noticed the Little Dipper above which is also odd Bc I live near Manhattan and there’s a lot of light pollution making stars hardly visible.

Someone then came out of a building in my complex and the green light started turning red and moving, taking about five seconds to change, and then flashed very quickly, and it was completely gone.
