I live near a commercial/military airbase outside Atlantic City, N. J. I witness all kinds of aircraft everyday. I see military F-18s flying all the time, right over my house. On March 15th 2018,at approximately 1:00 to 1:15 pm, I witnessed a triangular shaped craft, approximately 20 to 30ft,in diameter. It approached from the north west &moved to the south east, very slowly. It was jet black, made no sound . It was shiny, smooth, & the sun reflected off of it. The very odd thing was, it had a perfect bubble surrounding the entire craft. Inside the bubble, it looked like how heat is seen coming off the pavement, on a hot day. Either it was someone of cloaking, or propulsion device, I will never know. All I know is, that it was incredible! I've never seen anything like it, or since. Since my observation, I constantly sit outside on my deck, looking up. I really don't know what it was. If it's one of our own military craft or other, it was incredible!
