I was sitting outside on my porch step and was sky watching as I do every night when the weather is cooperating and happened to look up to the left (west) and saw an object with what looked like red and white lights moving in a circular direction, heading NE. When it flew over there was no plane engine sound, but there was a low frequency humming sound.
