Speeds faster than anything

Seen a ball of light in the distance hovering in place. As for the craft it was emitting and orange/yellow color. In the matter of a split second the craft took off in speeds no capable by anything to my knowledge. It then hit a 90 degree turn in the same speed and was out of sight.
