Flashing light over New Castle, DE Sept. 28, 2019 New Castle/Bear, DE. - A Stationary flashing long light, not any kind of circular shape; in NW sky at 11:00 PM Friday night. The flashing occurred randomly between every 5-15 seconds. This went on for 15+ minutes. I eventually just went inside. I was unable to record the flashing on my cameras.
