Line of lights seen over vero beach

Was setting up to go duck hunting and saw a line of lights made up of about 30 dots moving in unison, it took up most of the horizon line and lasted about 5 minutes before they separated and moved in different directions.

It was strange and others witnessed it and couldn’t figure out what it was
