1 yellow light flash then 5 lights turn on one after another right to left then go dark all at the same time horizontally. I saw 1 yellow light flash then I saw 5 yellow lights light up from right to left & then go dark all at the same time horizontally. The lights were yellow. I saw this above the bridge by the Toyota dealership in Coon Rapids.
