Glowing green dot in the sky appeared for over an hour We were outside about to move our car and saw a bright green dot coming from the northwestern sky. We took a monocular and observed as the light kept moving in the same area in a random pattern while also occasionally dimming and sometimes changing color to blue. Changing the focus of the monocular also showed some sort of circular “housing” behind the green light.
