| Bright light. Flash twice. Moving extremely slow. Multiple sightings Saw a light flash twice at approx 2/3sec intervals. Witnessed again in similar location 10 mins later and then a single flash disappearing. It is night. Clear sky. Stars can be seen. Second sighting was just below the southern cross. Over Balnarring Victoria Australia |
