Happened very quickly like some type of explosion I was Walking my dog and I looked up and saw a blueish sphere the size of the north star but it became about 20 times that size and disappeared. It only lasted around 5 to 10 seconds was like and explosion or a camera flash is the best way I can describe it. It was also very close as in not like looking at a star or something in space but more like a plane.
